
Samsung today introduced their latest portable media players in the form of the YP-U5 and YP-Q2. In case you didn’t know, the YP-U5 is an audio stick with a I-Inch OLED screen, USB connectivity, and FM radio. Both players have an added level of interactivity in the design. It has a touchpad that’s placed besides its OLED display. Meanwhile, the YP-Q2 has a 2.4 QVGA screen, FM radio, and supports DNSe 3.0 sound enhancement technology. Its battery offers enough juice for up to 50 hours of non-stop playback time. Available in black and white, the YP-Q2 sports a Smart Button that can be configured as a shortcut button to launch any application. Samsung has rolled out its new MP3 player known as DoReMi to replace the U4 that was launched last summer. This portable music player is equipped with a four-line OLED display, a built-in FM radio tuner, integrated USB plug, 18 hours of playtime, and recording capability.
