DigitalCube has unveiled their latest HD-capable portable media player during IFA 2009. Called the iSTATION S3, the device comes packed with a 3.5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 800 x 480 resolution, a choice of either 8GB, 16GB or 32GB storage space, an HDMI output and supports most audio and video formats including MP3, WMA, AAC, AAC+, OGG, FLAC, APE, AWV, PCM/ADPCM, MPEG1/2/4, DivX3/4/5/6, Xvid, WMV9 and H.264. Digitalcube has decided to launch the iStation T5 PMP in South Korea. What makes this gadget special is that it comes equipped with HSDPA support and 3D User Interface thanks to a next-generation Triple-Core CPU ‘OMAP2530′. The player is currently available in 8GB/16GB/30GB/60GB storage capacities and offers a 4.8-inch WVGA TFT LCD, supports Smooth Scrolling System and Album Cover Flow functions. iStation T3 is a new Portable media player which has been unveiled for the Korea market. It supports MP3, WMA, Ogg, FLAC, APE, AC3, and WAV audio files as well as MPEG-4, AVI, Divx, Xvid, WMV video files. The PMP features a 4.3″ touch-screen with a 480×272 resolution, internal memory from 4 until 32 GB data storage plus a SDHC expansion slot, runs on a Windows CE 5.0 OS, TV-Out option, USB host, a FM Radio TUner, Voice recorder, E-Book, Dictionary and up to a 10 hours of battery lifespan on video with a total size of 130×75.5×16mm and a weight of only 170g.
