Apple has finally confirmed the new 64GB iPod Touch, which will be 50% faster than the current model and will have the ability to run Open GL ES 2.0. Apple provides more than 75,000 applications on the App Store that you can wirelessly download right into your iPod touch. Apple also highlighted a number of high-profile upcoming releases, including Assassin’s Creed 2 (a sidescroller from Ubisoft), Riddim Ribbon (a rhythm game from Tapulous), Nova (a first-person shooter from Gameloft), and Madden NFL 2010 from Electronic Arts.
