Belkin today introduced its pink-ribbon cases for the iPod touch namely the DualFit and Grip case. For each DualFit and Grip case for iPod touch sold, Belkin will donate $2.50 to support the breast cancer research. They will be donating a minimum of $100,000 to the charity. Apple has finally confirmed the new 64GB iPod Touch, which will be 50% faster than the current model and will have the ability to run Open GL ES 2.0. Apple provides more than 75,000 applications on the App Store that you can wirelessly download right into your iPod touch. Apple also highlighted a number of high-profile upcoming releases, including Assassin’s Creed 2 (a sidescroller from Ubisoft), Riddim Ribbon (a rhythm game from Tapulous), Nova (a first-person shooter from Gameloft), and Madden NFL 2010 from Electronic Arts. The new iPod touch 3G features a 3.5-inch widescreen display with a Multitouch user interface, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a built-in accelerometer and a speaker. The 8GB, 32GB and 64GB models retail for $199, $299 and $399, respectively. Apple has also announced the availability of the new iPod Nano with a built-in camera. Here is a leaked picture of the upcoming iPod touch 3G And iPod nano 5G, which will probably be unveiled at today’s Apple event. As you can see in the picture above, it seems that the iPod Touch 3G will feature a camera module, while the upcoming iPod Nano 5G will come with a longer screen than the current model.
