
The Japanese software company Yappa today released the MagaStore, an iPod Touch/iPhone application allowing you to purchase digital versions of 30 most popular Japanese magazines from 20 mainstream publishers including Asahi Shimbun, ALBA, Kodansha, Shogakukan, Shinchosha, SONY, Hankyu and Fuso. Promptu has released the first voice-to-sms application for iPhone in English called ShoutOUT. The application enables users to dictate their message and correct the transcribed text if necessary and send the SMS.
