
GeekStuff4U has started to sell the 2GB Miffy MP3 player from Mobiblu. The player will be available next month in Japan. For your info, Miffy is a small female rabbit in a picture book drawn by Dick Bruna. Her original Dutch name is Nijntje which stems from a toddler’s pronunciation of the word “konijntje” meaning “little rabbit”. Samsung has finally released the YP-M1 DMB in the South Korean market. This iPod Touch killer has a 3.3-inch AMOLED screen (WQVGA) and a DMB TV Tuner. The player is compatible with most of multimedia file formats including MP3, WMA, OGG, ASF, AAC, M4A and FLAC audio files as well as WMV, ASF, H.264, MPEG4, DivX, XviD and SWF video files. The iRiver E200 PMP is now official. Available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB models, the player has a 2.8-inch OLED display and supports FLAC, RMVB and Xvid file formats. Other features include an FM tuner. Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing at this time. [iRiver]

Cowon has showed off its new P5 PMP at Story Lounge in Korea. Available in black, platinum and red, The gadget is powered by RMI Alchemy Au1250 700MHz processor and a 5-inch LCD color screen with 800 x 480 resolution. The P5 also sports DMB, an FM radio, voice recording, Bluetooth 2.0 and USB Wibro host. Its battery provides enough power for up to 9-hours of video playing or 14-hours of music playing time.
