The Ainol Alphatrion PMP was inspired by the Transformers movie. For your info, the Alpha Trion is the name of several fictional characters in the various Transformers universes. All versions of Alpha Trion are depicted as ancient mechanoids with a link to Optimus Prime. The Ainol Alphatrion is also known as the Ainol V6000HDV. It is a 4.3-inch PMP with a 800 × 480 resolution LTPS display and supports 720p video (MKV files). Sadly, there is no word on pricing or availability so far. [mp4nation]
Apple has finally confirmed the new 64GB iPod Touch, which will be 50% faster than the current model and will have the ability to run Open GL ES 2.0. Apple provides more than 75,000 applications on the App Store that you can wirelessly download right into your iPod touch. Apple also highlighted a number of high-profile upcoming releases, including Assassin’s Creed 2 (a sidescroller from Ubisoft), Riddim Ribbon (a rhythm game from Tapulous), Nova (a first-person shooter from Gameloft), and Madden NFL 2010 from Electronic Arts. The new iPod touch 3G features a 3.5-inch widescreen display with a Multitouch user interface, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a built-in accelerometer and a speaker. The 8GB, 32GB and 64GB models retail for $199, $299 and $399, respectively. Apple has also announced the availability of the new iPod Nano with a built-in camera. Here is a leaked picture of the upcoming iPod touch 3G And iPod nano 5G, which will probably be unveiled at today’s Apple event. As you can see in the picture above, it seems that the iPod Touch 3G will feature a camera module, while the upcoming iPod Nano 5G will come with a longer screen than the current model. RAmos has recently launched their RAmos Q25L/ Q25ihi in China. The company will release this PMP in South Korea under its MuMu Music brand. As a reminder, the gadget features a 3-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 400×240 resolution, an FM tuner with a transmitter, G-sensor for auto screen adjustment and a Flash-based GUI.
