The Chinese manufacturer Ainol has released a new Portable Media Player called the U80SE. This small and slim gadget offers 2.2-inch QVGA display screen and is compatible with most of music and video formats including RM, RMVB, AVI, FLV, DAT, ASF, MP4, WMV, 3GP, MP3, and MPG file formats. New Microsoft Zune 2 and Flash Zune Are Official

Microsoft has finally released its new generation Zune that has a price tag of $249 for the 80GB hard drive model and $149/$199 for the 4GB and 8GB flash-based models respectively. The new Zune is syncing automatically with your computer when you’re in Wi-Fi range. The Zune Pad is also touch sensitive, which is similar to the iPod’s Click Wheel.

Ministry of Sound introduced their new iPod dock called the MOSMC1319P. This micro system provides a pair of two-way speakers and features a total of 20 watts of amplification, a built-in iPod dock, FM tuner, VFD function display, a preset equalizer, and a wireless remote. Additionally, this boombox is compatible with with MP3 / WMA / WAV file formats and even handles audio stored on your SD or MMC flash card. The device includes a USB port so you can hook it up to all your devices and includes a FM/MW PLL digital tuner with 40 station presets. The MOSMC1319P micro system retails for $177.

Apple Releases 3G iPod nano In Korea

Apple released its 3G iPod nano in the Korea market. It features 2-inch LCD display with 320×240 resolution, iPod click wheel and Cover Flow function. The gadget also supports MPEG4 and H.254, and offers about 24 hours of music and 5 hours of video playback. It allows users to enjoy entertainment games including iQuiz, Vortex and Klondike. Measuring 52.3mm x 69.8mm x 5mm and weights 49.2grams, the iPod nano 4GB retails for approx. $180, while the 8GB version is priced at around $250.
