
Cowon has finally unveiled the availability of its new iAUDIO 9 digital audio player. In case you didn’t know, the player comes equipped with a 2-inch TFT screen (320×240) and supports most of popular multimedia files including MP3, WMA, FLAC, OGG, WAV, WMV and AVI (DviX). Measuring 95mm x 43mm x 8.9mm and weighing at just 40grams. the Cowon iAUDIO 9 will be launched in Japan in the middle of November 2009. The 8GB model is priced at 14,800 Yen ($160), while the 16GB model retails for 17,800 Yen ($193). [Cowon]

The Owen V1 digital audio player has been released in the Chinese market. This gadget is compatible with MP3, WMA, ASF and OGG audio formats with an SRS WOW audio feature and an integrated FM radio. However, there is no info on pricing at this time. [IMP3]

LG has recently launched its new UP3 Neon DAP in South Korea. Available in 2GB and 4GB storage space, the gadget supports MP3, WMA and WAV file formats and FM Radio. The 2GB and 4GB model are priced at Won 55,000($40) and Won 69,000($51), respectively. [Akihabara]

iRiver’s P7 is a 4.3 inch touchscreen PMP with a magazine-style layout for a GUI. The gadget is now available for pre-order for the reasonable price of $169/199 for the 8GB/16GB options. [DAPreview]

Cowon comes back with a successor to its D2 DAP. The new Cowon D2+ measures 78mm x 55.4mm x 16.6mm and weights at only 91grams. The music player has a 2.5 inch QVGA LCD with a SDHC Cards slot and support up to 32GB SDHC Cards. The gadget is also available in two different flavors with or without DMB tuner and in either 4, 8 or 16GB storage space.
