Zune HD is Now Official

The highly anticipated Zune HD PMP is real. Microsoft will officially unveil the details of the Zune HD at the upcoming E3 next week. Chris Stephenson, general manager of global marketing for Microsoft Zune, has also confirmed the Zune HD will be a straight rival to the iPod Touch. The new gadget features a 3.3-inch (480 x 272) OLED capacitive touchscreen display, a built-in HD Radio receiver, and an HD output. Stay tuned for more updates. [Engadget]

ZuneX (ZX-1000) Gaming PMP

This leaked Microsoft ZuneX gaming PMP (ZX-1000) is actually edited by the Photoshop. The gadget features a 4-inch (640 x 363) display screen, an Intel LV Atom Dual Core 733MHz, nVidia Blowfish, a 128 MB RAM, a 32GB storage capacity, Bluetooth and OnLive game streaming (ZuneX Originals, Xbox Live Arcade Games). Zune HD

Here’s the latest picture and details of the upcoming Zune HD PMP that appeared last Friday. According to WMPowerUser, the Zune HD will supposedly sport a multi-touch OLED screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio, HD media playback, TV out and will come in 16 and 32GB versions. Not to mention, the device will also support 3D Xbox games, quite interesting! The Zune HD is likely to hit stores by September. [WMPowerUser]

Zune 120 New Colors

Two new colors of Zune 120 have been unveiled. You can now get a Zune 120 player in red or in blue, in addition to the existing black model. Both the blue and red Zune 120 PMPs are available to order from ZuneOriginals website. The new Zune retails for $249. [Slashgear]
