playing games, backlight on, music off = 1 hour of battery life
= FAIL….taking it back tomorrow.

i cant agree with that.. did the same thing and the battery lived for 30 (thirty) hours, not 24
this ipod is the best so far, i love it

Actually , I dont think the battery life is that bad…It lasts for around a day…

Here’s a 2 party game you can try and I guess if you get another to play you can make it a 3 rd party game too.
You can call it the NANO STUFFEL and how you play is first you get some KY JELLY and give it a good once over, especially at the ends, now shake it up so a random song comes on. Now hopefully you havent dropped that slick little sucker cuz the game is about to begin, with your friends pants either off or down to the ancles push that nano straight into their ass. Once you get it completely in get to the nearest emergency center and bet the doctor there before he pulls it out your ass that you can make better music out your ass than he can from the radio. And to make added fun see if he is a betting type and get him to throw down a grand or two.
And get back to me later if you win the cash I should be in for a couple hundred at least and that would still leave you with five or so for your self after the hospital bill is paid .
