Fulcrum FbF mobileOne Turns Your iPod Into A Fingerprint Scanner

The Fulcrum FbF mobileOne is a portable biometric fingerprint scanner for iPod touch (2nd, 3rd, and 4th generations). The mobileOne simply docks with the iPod touch using a removable cradle or sleeve and uses an accompanying app to take a finger print scan. Constructed of durable ABS plastics, the device comes equipped with a FIPS 201/PIV compliant fingerprint sensor from AuthenTec, which provides a full 256bit grayscale, 508dpi image suitable for the most demanding 1:N identification challenges. It is powered by a 1200mAh rechargeable Lithium Ion internal battery, which provides up to 9-hour of operation time. The FbF mobileOne fingerprint scanner for the iPod is now available for $599 each. You can also download the fingerprint scanning iOS application from the Apple iTunes Store for free. [Product Page]
