AnythingButiPod has a comprehensive review of the Creative Zen Mozaic PMP. As a reminder, the Zen Mozaic comes in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB storage capacities. The 16GB version will be released later. Here is the conclusion. The gadget comes with 1.8 inch 64K Color OLED (128 x 160 pixels resolution), FM radio, voice recording, built-in speaker, and organizer.
Take the Zen WAV and the Zen V Plus, smash them together and you get the Zen Mozaic. While there is nothing new or innovating about the Mozaic, there are moderate improvements in build-quality and design. On the downside, the OLED screen will not impress and the sound quality is pretty weak, but this is somewhat expected for a low priced player.

Can my zen be repaired it says it’s in recovery mode and I can not do any thing with it only got it in june 09 please can u help
