Bigbeam Korea has released the Ken I mp3 player. The player retails for under $100 in Korea. The gadget boasts a 3-inch wide LCD display and supports MP3, FLAC and APE. Other features included photo/image viewer and voice recorder. The 4GB model is priced at 79,000 Korean Won while the 8GB model retails for 99,000 Korean Won. [AVING]
ezGear has rolled out its new Video Cable for new iPods which is compatible with the iPod touch, iPod classic, iPod nano (video), and Apple iPhone. This new video cable has an Apple Authentication chip to activate the video-out feature on late 2007 model iPods and iPhone. Apple has recently released the new iPod + iTunes commercial that features Mary J. Blige performing the song “Work That” from her upcoming album Growing Pains. The ad is available for viewing now on Apple’s iTunes page, under the “Featured on iTunes” heading.
Apple has announced that films from MGM are now available on the iTunes Store. iTunes users will be able to purchase and download movies including “Dances With Wolves,” “Mad Max,” “The Great Train Robbery” and “Rocky,”, “The Thomas Crown Affair,” “Ronin,” and “Lilies of the Field.” Apple said the iTunes Store has sold over 2 million movies and now offers over 500 films for sale.
