The player is based on the Rockchip RK2806 chipset and sports a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, an 8GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a voice recorder, a text reader, a USB 2.0 interface, TV-out and supports 30fps playback for RM/RMVB, FLV, AVI, WMV, MPG as well as HD video playback (1280 x 720). Chinon today rolled out their latest iPod speaker system that comes with an integrated digital TV. Known as the AVi, this portable gadget comes with a boombox design and provides a Universal iPod Dock on the top of the system, a 7-inch front-mounted LCD monitor, a couple of 2.5W speakers, an integrated ATSC digital TV tuner with AV output, an auxiliary input for connecting the iPod shuffle or other audio sources, a digital FM tuner with 20 presets, an alarm clock, and an included remote control.
